One suite only for an adult couple (no children) with separate guest access, parking and paved outdoor entertaining area.

The guest suite has reverse-cycle air conditioning and provides a lounge and dining area, bedroom with KS bed and WIRobe to en-suite bathroom. The bathroom incorporates a 2-person spa and separate shower.

Gourmet 'Continental' breakfast provisions are supplied each day for guests' preparation and consumption at a time convenient to them.

The suite is serviced daily and the host/owners are readily available for assistance if needed.

70km (75 minutes by car) from Melbourne. Leaving the Peninsula Freeway onto highway C787 and follow signs for Red Hill and Flinders. White Hill Road terminated at Arthurs Seat Road. Turn left and travel 2.5km to access Cedar Croft through trees at left-side of road - 100m beyond Mechanics Road and 350m before Red Hill Road.

Booking/Cancellation
Policy:		BOOKINGS: A booking is considered as firm upon receipt of 50% of the total accommodation cost or 1-night's tariff, whichever is the greater.

DEPOSIT: To be remitted within 3 days of making the booking, by direct payment into Cedar Croft bank account, by cheque or money order or by authoristion to debit guest's VISA or MasterCard account.

BALANCE: Due upon arrival.

CHANGE OF BOOKINGS: Subject to availability and receipt of request no later than 2 weeks before booked arrival date a booking may be changed to other dates. A revised booking fee of $20 will apply.

CANCELLATIONS: Provided client's notice of cancellation is received no less than 2 weeks before intended arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $20.00.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of intended arrival date will incur a payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost OR one night's tariff, whichever is the greater.
